Sadly enough live map doesnt work and I'm lost :l

hehe i'm new to minecraft in general but im good at following rules and what not.
So for starters im trying to find spawn on map so i can get my shit together and figure where to go from there.
Any help? Don't tell me to look at live map either or i'll facepalm.

Well its simple enough.
You can type /spawn to start from spawn, then use the world map to find which direction your land claim is, from there look for some land marks in that direction that are close to spawn and head in that direction.

You could also just look at the compass on the world map then type /compass in game (this will tell you what direction you're looking in) then you simply head straight for it.

If you have any trouble try to ask someone in game. I'd be willing to help you if you are online while I'm on.

Part of the problem could be that the spawn is wrong on the world map at the moment. Looks like it shifted back to near its old position.
