We have moved to discord now for a closer community feel. If the server gains a ton more players again like the past the forums will reopen with the original sections archived and locked.

Server lost connection - Peer1 switch failed

For no reason at the moment the connection has been dropped and I can't connect.

I'm working on it.

ETA 1 hour from 5:15pm EST

Update from Peer1:
"Our network operations center has reported that the switch this service is on has failed. They have since engaged the data center technicians in this facility to replace the failed equipment. Our current ETA for the replacement is less than 1 hour. We will be updating this ticket with more information as it is available."
 
Good to know.

Hope it comes back up soon! I'm feeling the withdrawals kicking in.

There's huge storms where the server is, but that shoudn't stop the 100% sla. It shouldn't be long I hope.
 
Ya the storm just went through Brampton no less then 20 mins ago. I suppose it just hit Toronto. There was lots of thunder/lightning, it's no surprise the server went down.
 
Nothing in Toronto yet, but the server's north toronto in markham. I got slammed in brampton with some serious rain.

A tech's on the problem, they've confirmed it's down.
 
Ya I am in Brampton aswell. I stand corrected though.. I thought the server was in Toronto.
 
Markham is technically Toronto, just another municipality I think.

Mustve gone down again lol... dang storms plz dont actually let me do anything productive with my time!
 
The servers on the hosters cluster is most likely being hammered. It should be stable soon.
 
It was down the second time because our files were corrupted from minecraft not being shutdown properly. We're back now for good I hope.

Note for the Mods:
All bbdata is truncated again, and all user files have been rolled back from this morning. New users from today will have lost their data.
 
We're not running the depertment of defence and I'm not going to flag myself as a crappy customer from a first time mistake they fixed practically instantly. We're only human, and the situation was resolved immediately, on a sunday. These guys are pros and I have no reason to complain.

You guys are harsh!
 
I have some diamonds for you to replace, Jangles....They were griefed and cannot be rolled back...
