Server Move - TONIGHT!

I was given the keys to the new server the other day and the it's prepped and ready to go!

The last step is to copy the map and update "server.minecraftaddicts.com" to point to the new server.

Around 6:00pm EST STD I'll be turning off the server so I can copy the map over. I'll be letting everyone know. The server will be responsive but unaccessible during the copy so we can keep our uptime stats and also avoid loosing changes during downtime window. I'm expecting the copy to take 30 minutes.

When it's finished I'll be giving you a temporary IP to use while we wait for server.minecraftaddicts.com to update.

I'm not expecting any glitches, and I'll leave it at that. Your patience is once again appreciated!

No problem. I had everything tested before hand, as much as I could, so at least we'll get a working server once the map finishes copying. I'll post the IP here and on the error message you're seeing now .

The new server address will be an IP that I will post soon. server.minecraftaddicts.com won't work for atleast 24-28 hours, sometimes you get lucky.
