Small Changes to Homepage

If you're picky like me, you'll notice I've changed some dimensions on the layout. Everything "fits". I also took out that broken latest topic column and replaced it with a nicer looking one.

I've decided that the area where Notch face is will be ad space. Sorry, but I need everything I can get at this point! I'll do my best to make them relevant for the site.
