Spawn PW/TPA

Not allowing PW/TPA in spawn sucks. I get disallowing it due to the secrets for the contest, the contest is over now. Nobody cares about the secrets anymore, and the inconvenience of walking into a world to PW/TPA is HUGE.

I think it should remain off, it doesn't take much to sprint to survival. With pw's on, spawn may become a goast town. When new guests show up they'll have a better chance meeting someone and sticking around if it feels inviting. I know if I saw someone running to a world, I'd want to know what's so cool to run for.

At the very least, donators should be allowed to pw/tpa in spawn. This way new users still wouldn't be able to. It would also be an added incentive to donate.

If I'm remembering correctly, only moderators can bypass the protect; thats just how the plugin works. I seem to remember that was the case when the historic spawn tower had the same protection.

We are adding warps, this should fix your problems with this.

pvp will not have a warp since we want the cool down to stay active.

Just talked to known about this and I think he understands why. we removed them for pvp play and for new players.

This has nothing to do with the secrets.

Wow, I was just thinking today that the /warp command needs to be refreshed (since most of them I think are still in the Historical World).
