My current progress. A more contemporary moat which will also double as a rail system when I install the transit line / tour route. (hopefully there will be some more compact tools available at that time)

The pirate ship is like 80% complete. I have to fill it with some treasure, complete the sails, and re-do (shrink) the pirate flag. I'm also unsure about what to do in regards to the canons.

Not visible in this pic, there is a lighthouse on the other side of the ship. 100% complete.

I have begun mining operations underground and am contemplating creating a nuclear explosion on the other side of the island... an epic monument.

That will have to wait though... I haven't even STARTED on the fortress itself... UHG

alien12, thanks for your offer but I prefer to build this alone... Not that I don't think anyone is capable of helping, I just keeping changing things on a moments notice and I enjoy the self satisfaction that I've done all the work on my own.

When I move on from the fortress to bigger and better things, I will gladly welcome your help! Perhaps we can work on something together some day. Please let me know if you need help with any of your work, I'm always willing to pitch in.
 
I wonder how far this project is,
Id love to see this ingame anytime since it looks ridiculously good
