Ok people. Minecraft 1.4 is upon us.

Because some of you may have updated and found that you can't access the server, the Contest countdown will be frozen at 18 days.

In other words, you are not going to run out of time. As soon as the server updates to 1.4, then the timer will continue.

The contest is still on; your just getting extra time.
 
19 Days to go​

The server has updated and the contest countdown will now resume. The closing date is now Sunday November 25th.
Remember, you need to finish by this time to win your 500 caps entry prize.
There are 2 first prizes of 10,000 caps ,one for each plot size.
There are still a limited number of small plots available if you want to enter. Just reply to this thread.
 
Erm... Ehgru, the contest isnt over yet. Everyone has extra time. It will finish in 18 days.

Darn I better get working, I guess a random thing made of 7 dirt and 2 cobble that's not even supposed to be there is going to have much of a chance... :(

7 Days to go​

The final week is upon us.
All those that have finished, please reply to the thread, saying so or place a sign at the entrance to your plot with the word Finished on it.

Extensions to the deadline are available for those who are having rollback problems or are AFK, within reason.
To request one, please reply to the thread stating how many days extra you need.

Once the contest is over, perms will be removed from the contest area.
 
4 Days to go​

The last few days of the contest. Don't forget, your 500 cap bonus is only available to those who finish their build by the deadline.
 
Nearing completion on mine, just decorating.

Will you be completing the walkways? I need to figure out how to rig mine.
 
Yeah, dont worry about the walkways. Do a temp one and we will add proper ones later.
 
Got mine about as finished as it'll ever be, hope I snuck in on time ;)
 
What times the cutoff? I'm pretty much done, just last minute touchups now and clearing out the dirt floor and my chests.

The Contest is now over. Perms will stay in place for another 12 hours, to give you time to add those finishing touches.

There will now be a week of tidying up before the voting begins on the weekend.
