The plan! I am a fan of the Hunger games series, so why not build the opening ceremony arena from Catching fire?
It will be near the same lay out as the on from the movie displayed in this picture.

My dead line is about at the end of May 2014.
The arenas main purpose is to hold the Olympics that we have on the server at the end of each month, The estimated materials needed are as follow: [Very likely to be below the estimated amount]
Stone: 15000-25000
Sandstone: 2000-10000
Stone Brick: 1000-4000
Any other materials used are less then 1000 blocks and will not be shown on this list.
