It's unfortunate that I did not see this post when you first made it so we could have worked out our issue sooner. We have since cleared our disagreement in-game and as I said, it's water under the bridge, but you haven't seen fit to edit or remove this post (it's been read 59 times as of this response) so I feel the need to respond to it now rather than leave it un-answered forever and possibly give others the wrong impression about me.
I made a comment ("yeah, the grammer of that last statement really proved that point") to Luke in chat (my only comment in the previous 30 mins or so) and you assumed the comment was meant for you, so you used a profanity at me in chat. In response, I put you in jail for an hour. Now you say I bullied you and (you) "think (I) should be relived of (my) privileges as (I am) obviously not fit for the job". (please feel free to point out any inaccuracies I may be making here)
Ok, let's look at the situation carefully:
1. My comment was part of another conversation, also going on in chat at the same time with another player. It didn't involve you, you didn't ask if it was directed towards you, and despite my always speaking cordially to you in the past, you automatically assumed the worst of me and insulted me.
2. My comment was not a profanity or insult that, even if it had been directed to you, would have justified your reaction under even the best of circumstances.
3. The very first server rule states: "Be respectful to other players and staff: Insults, profanity and racism will be met with zero tolerance."
4. There is a forum only staff can see called 'Admin and Moderators - Orientation' that includes guidelines for staff on when to warn, jail and ban people. Under the BAN section it lists "- swearing ( text or object )".
You got jailed for an hour. I would have been justified under the server rules to ban you, since you weren't a new player that could have claimed ignorance of the rules. I don't see how anyone could possibly see my reaction to your comment as bullying or an insult.
As for my position, I was asked to be part of the staff because of my maturity and judgement, and I think my reaction to you that night reflects that, but I'll make a deal with you and anyone else that reads this post - show the staff that your maturity level and judgement are better than mine and you can have my position. I get tired of people that act badly, say bad things and have bad attitudes, then get upset when they get punished in response and then say that despite all my efforts to improve everyone's gaming experience, I'm unfit for my position. Prove you can do better and the job is yours with all my blessings - babysitting is cutting into my build time.
