vent troubble

I emailed them, they know it's down, I yelled some more. I don't like this host so I might switch it up one day.

Unfortunately the downtime is not on our side but of the data center and we are working swiftly to try and get it fixed. You can try and move your server to another location and see if that helps once the servers come back up if you would like.

I'm only concerned because this is third time it's happened and a short period and I've never been contacted. If I need to switch servers I'll go to another host. Will the service be back soon? It's been a long time.

If it's not back soon my next email is to cancel my service. He offers to move me to a temp service, nice offer but not worth the work of switching, switching back, and possibly switching hosts in the future. I've never heard of a big datacentre going down for hours, without notice, unless they're crap.
