some one brought this up and i vaugly remember the show but dont know its name. suick description ahead.
it involves the main characters having these gaurdian type things (one was like a stone guy) and they used these cubes with symbols on them to use attacks from the gaurdians. (this is the best of my knowledge and its kinda vauge so i may not be 100% accurate.

also they were stone cubes and the symbols were like the omega, alpha etc...
