Hello. Cant Access Server - Says Not on Whitelist!

Hello. I have been trying to logon this morning and it says i am not on the whitelist? Please help me resolve this thanks.
 
Server says im not white-listed.??

The server is saying I am not white listed. I dont know what that means, the only thing I do know about it is that it wont allow me to access your server.

Whitelisted?

I was just playing as normal then my claim member and i were kicked from the server out of nowhere and every time we try to log in it says we aren't whitelisted.
