World Map Issues

I'm having some problems with the world map. The tiles got corrupted and I need to do a full render. I'm expecting this to take at least another 3 hours.

We should be back in business by 12:00pm EST today, but it may take longer.
 
Do you know what happened? Just a random corrupt or did something go wrong?
