I am still alive! I have been having lots of tests so I can't play as often :(.
 
I care! TER is basically hanging on the edge, they need you to provide some proper leadership, I believe.
Good luck. Also, if you want ncr to unclaim the land on your island, ask us in game.
We did that to hold off PRO from claiming it all.
