Death notices!

We need them, they add to the fun of PvP. Incase you don't know what I'm talking aboot; death notices are just chat announcements that come up when someone kills someone or someone dies of natural causes (not really applicable).

So it would say something like: Bedrockblaster82 has killed kking1 with a shovel.

this plugin gives some messages upon a player being killed and there is probably a way to configure it to tell people who killed kking

PVP is a feature and not the main focus of the server. Personally I think this would be annoying and pointless.

Sprucing up the PVP aspects of the game is definitely a good idea but it's a back-burner issue at the moment (as you all know). I would, personally, love to turn on the hostiles as well.

if a chat plugin for the server that works well can be used along with this I would be ok with it.

going to pvp I just type a code and now I see the death text. dont want to see it any more I just type another command. this would be really great.

It's never going to be like that.. Even tho 30-50 people will be online at the same time (which almost never happends) only a few of them would be in outland.. Maybe 3-10 would be PvP'ing and that wont spam chat. Atleast not more than if 2 people are talking about a project..

But again, because it's mainly creative, it might be annoying if you aren't a part of the PvP'ing people, so there could maybe be a command to turn it on/off? I don't know alot of programming, so i don't know if it would be very hard to make the command

i think death notices would be awesome. I would only like to see them while im in the pvp area though.

There were some hm0d plugins for it a while back. I do believe seeingnon other servers I have visited.
