I've got two Radeon 5650's Crossfire Enabled
On my main card I've got three monitors connected (I want to Eyefinity BF3)
All three monitors are Acer 19" v193w (VGA input)
2 are connected to the DVI-out via VGA Adapter and they work fine
1 is connected to the DisplayPort via DisplayPort to DVI ACTIVE Adapter /w a VGA Adapter on the end of that
My problem is...
- The DisplayPort recognizes that a monitor is connected to it
- The Monitor doesn't receive a signal from the DisplayPort (and thus goes into sleep mode)
My HDMI is disconnected so that shouldn't cause a problem.
The Adapter is definitely ACTIVE and is made by Sapphire. It is made for Eyefinity on ATI cards so it SHOULD work.
Is there any reason the DVI - VGA adapter would cause a problem? I should be able to work the same as the others (which are the same type and work fine)
... hrm ... I don't know?! I updated all my drivers, and now I'm stuck.
