Would you prefer a creative server with, or without mobs?

There will likely be an option with bukkit where you can set an area where mobs wont spawn, until then we will run without mobs.
 
i think they are fun


EDIT: also being able to get some of the items is nice
 
Will probably be good if you can set where mobs dont spawn.
So i say yes. (if there are areas where mobs cant spawn)
 
I think we should live with the mobs.. What is so bad about a Creeper? They just want to be loved...

It also creates another entertainment element.

With /god and no environmental damage from creepers, I think this is a great idea to bring more life to the environment. You get the drops from the mobs too. Also, would allow people to build interesting dungeons to challenge others!

Took the words right out of my mouth!
Having a way to harvest bonemeal without buying it from the shop is also a huge bonus. As long as the mobs can't hurt us or our creations, keeping them would only benefit our community and allow us to enjoy minecraft to the fullest.
 
I think it's a good idea. The walking penises just want a big hug...
One wanted a hug so bad in single player it walked right up to me and gave me a surprise sploosh to the face...
But yeah, I want mobs. I want to kill mobs and set up traps to give me hundreds of stuff.
 
I agree with Commander, or if we just made a warp of an island where the mobs would be? perhaps.. "mob island" ??
 
I vote yes!
I like it I can play survival if I want, but can relax and don't worry if I want to be creative
but a way for users to set safe spots like their own houses would be awesome :D

Well those exploding bush people could cause environmental damage...they often ruined my stuff on single player! I still voted yes though. They are part of the game, and I think they can only make the experience better! :)

OH and I want a mob spawner in a room in my fort, so I can set up scientific equipment to study their physiology, anatomy, behavior, and genetics.
 
If we use mobs, there will be people harvesting the items so we better not allow mob-drops to be sellable, maybe even crafts using those items. Also, although it may be a little bit interesting, I think mobs with /god mode would be pretty pointless. Perhaps only admins/members should have god mode available? Maybe god mode shouldn't be available but in certain areas?

/god allows the server to stay "creative". It's a win/win. I think all the mob drops are already off in the store.
 
I think creepers would be great pets and a glass room would be great for my own creaper.
 
On one hand, I love archery practice. On the other, my zone might become a nightmare.

Would they only spawn in dark places and during the day since we rarely see nighttime?
 
i like the idea but what whit mushtown ?¿ and all the other towns
